This project focuses on the characterization of a dosimetry system in terms of $H_p(3)$ for eye lens dose assessment. The study aims to validate a dedicated thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) with a LiF:Mg,Cu,P composition for eye lens monitoring, addressing the growing concerns over radiation-induced cataracts among healthcare workers. The project assesses performance under various conditions by analyzing the dosimeter's linearity, energy and angular dependence, reproducibility, detection limits, and estimating measurement uncertainty, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
