Participation in the conference requires the submission of three documents:
- An Abstract of your work;
- A Pitch to be presented at the conference (3 minutes);
- A Video to be presented at the conference (4 minutes).
These documents must all be submitted through the Call for Abstracts, Pitches and Videos page throuhg different means. You may edit your entry by clicking on your abstract on the Contribution List page, or in the Call for Abstracts, Pitches and Videos page.
Abstract
Must be submitted by January 23rd in text through the call for abstracts on the Call for Abstracts, Pitches and Videos page. Changes to your abstract contribution will not be taken into account after this day.
Pitch
Must be submitted by January 26th as a .pdf file attached to your "Call for Abstracts" submission on the Call for Abstracts, Pitches and Videos page.
Video
Must be submitted by January 26th as a url link to a google drive with the video published. The url must be added on the "comments" section of your "Call for Abstracts" submission on the Call for Abstracts, Pitches and Videos page.
Additionally, after the conference we will be uploading the video submissions of willing students to our youtube channel. If you wish for your work to be uploaded in our channel please indicate so next to the url link (a simple "yes" will do).
