Slack: new channel created for this years edition? to be done: add invite to all supervisors (not only contact). automatically subscribe all students

Coord: in addition to estagios@lip.pt, create a LOC area

      Announcement / outreach

Main part of outreach activity  (program annoucement) concluded. Great work by ECO group. Thanks esp. Sonia, Ana, Matteo, besides Catarina (NL has served has contact eg in slack channel).

It would nevertheless be nice to keep some involvement (and perhaps involve students) in social media...

Outreach contact: suggest to appoint Matteo (already very active in outreach, will be involved as supervisor in few projects this edition)
