The experimental data collected by the ATLAS experiment during the LHC Run 2 provide a broad
physics program to probe and characterise the Quark Gluon Plasma created in these collision
systems. The large acceptance and high granularity of the detector is well suited to perform detailed
analyses on bulk phenomena, electroweak probes, quarkonia, charged particles and jets. In this
seminar, the latest results on these observables will be presented, including comparisons with those
produced in lighter p+Pb and pp collisions, as well as with theoretical predictions.
