We will be organizing excursions with walking tours in the afternoon of June 13th, Thursday (Lisbon's city holiday).
We anticipate two options participants will chose from: wandering through traditional neighborhoods (celebrated in the day's festivities) in Lisbon's old town, or exploring picturesque Sintra, once a Summer retreat for nobility and royalty (30km away from Lisbon). For those already familiar with these attractions, or rather preferring to spend a quieter afternoon with a bit less walking, we'll suggest few parks and museums they can explore.
An excursion to the Sintra National Palace (Sintra) is organized.
