Description

The Nobel Prize in Physics 2019 was awarded in one half to Michel Mayor and Didier Queloz "for the discovery of an exoplanet orbiting a solar-type star". In this talk we will review mankind long quest for new worlds and present the exciting discoveries that lead to this year Nobel prize.
