Description

The detection of reflected light from exoplanets is a daunting task, pushing current observing facilities to their limits. In this talk I will present a technique that makes use of high-resolution spectroscopic observations of star+planet systems to detect the minute reflected light signal from an exoplanet and how it can be used to charaterize the planet's atmosphere in terms of composition.
