 n\nWe have developed microfluidic devices for precise characterization of 
 hematological diseases. By means of one drop of blood and combining front 
 microfludics with mathematical models based on biomechanics\, we analyze t
 he properties of red blood cells and microrheological properties such as t
 he viscosity of blood. We detect the advancement of microfronts of fluid i
 nside microchannels. By means of statistical analysis we improve the diagn
 osis of hematological diseases. We predict if a sample of blood correspond
 s to healthy blood or to blood with an hematological disease. We have obta
 ined different performance for the different methods\, some of them with v
