In this talk I’ll go through my practice of rendering datasets visible with several intents: exploratory, persuasive or simply contemplative. I’ll show and describe a series of visualization approaches in topics such as city traffic, waves of immigration, multi-racial families, climate change and card transactions. Through these examples I'll shed light on how nature-inspired computational systems can be used for designing and implementing data visualizations.
